[June 1, 2026] – The Exhibitor Advocate proudly announces the appointment of Kimberly Taylor to its Board of Directors. Taylor brings vital representation from the exhibiting side of the defense segment, furthering the organization’s commitment to ensuring its leadership consistently champions the true exhibitor voice.
Taylor is a strategic marketing and events leader with nearly two decades of experience driving high-impact engagement strategies. She currently serves on the Strategic Engagements team at Northrop Grumman and previously led corporate marketing events at Saab, Inc. In these roles, she has successfully aligned business objectives with dynamic, results-driven event execution within the complex defense industry.
“Kimberly has been a fierce advocate for her fellow exhibitors on the show floor, and she brings that exact knowledge and enthusiasm to our community,” said Jessica Sibila, Executive Director of The Exhibitor Advocate. “We are thrilled to share her expertise with our members and rely on her guidance as we find constructive, collaborative ways to improve this ecosystem for everyone involved.”
Holding a master’s degree in Psychology, Taylor brings a profound understanding of human behavior and engagement to the board. Her background empowers her with a unique blend of strategic, operational, and human-centered expertise. She is sharply focused on elevating exhibitor value and fostering more meaningful, effective event experiences for all stakeholders.
In addition to her corporate achievements, Taylor spent over eight years with the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors (TAPS), leading programs and therapeutic events for youth and adult survivors. She remains an active volunteer, serving as a peer mentor and group leader, which showcases her dedication to supportive community building.
The addition of Taylor to the Board of Directors reinforces the association's mission to provide unbiased, holistic support that empowers exhibitors. Because when savvy exhibitors have a true seat at the table, the entire trade show industry wins.
